Tom Tucker
Mr. Tucker is responsible for all day-to-day business operations of the company, including PIN management, inventory management, order management, carrier integration, e-Commerce services and technical infrastructure.
Since early 1998, Mr. Tucker has been a Senior Internet Systems Engineer with Genuity (fka GTE Internetworking/BBN). Primary responsibilities include pre and post sales technical consulting on IP solutions to Global 2000 customers. Mr. Tucker designs solutions for customers leveraging Internet technologies which include secure e-business hosting, dedicated connectivity, broadband connectivity, remote access, managed firewall and Virtual Private Networks and Voice over IP. Mr. Tucker played a primary role in developing Genuity's Virtual Internet Service Provider platform as well as implementing calling card and flat rate service platforms for Genuity's VOIP (voice over Internet protocol) customers.
Before joining GTE Internetworking, Mr. Tucker was Director of Internet Engineering with Associates Information Services (AIS), the technology services company for Associates First Capital Corporation (AFCC) now owned by Citigroup. His responsibilities included all activities related to leveraging Internet technologies for the internal deployment of applications and delivery of information to 10,000 employees of AFCC.
Previous to AIS, Mr. Tucker was a Sr. Technical Architect for SHL Systemhouse, now known as MCI Systemhouse, a systems and network integration consultancy. Mr. Tucker designed and implemented local and wide area network solutions in support of custom application and integration activities for a wide variety of SHL customers.
The prior five years, he spent with GTE Directories in several progressively more responsible positions. First, he was a Systems Analyst providing UNIX systems administration. Next came an assignment with the Intelligent Workstation Group, which culminated in a promotion to the Information Technology Architecture team. Mr. Tucker established the framework for defining standards computing systems, networking and in-house and purchased applications, and established the first Internet email gateway for GTE Directories.
His first five years in the industry, were with Harris Data Communications in their MIS organization. Mr. Tucker provided direct customer support for Harris proprietary line of mini-computers, performed job control for mainframe processing and provided Tier 1 technical customer support to Harris' customers.
Mr. Tucker received his formal education from Southern Methodist University where he majored in Electrical Engineering and minored in Computer Science.
Stefan Harlan
Mr. Harlan is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the Company. Mr. Harlan has spent the past nine years in the telecommunications industry beginning with a nationwide Prepaid company and then joined a company to launch a revolutionary new wireless telecommunications device.
Mr. Harlan has served as a Board member and has been an officer for three companies through their initial public offering process and the CFO and International Credit Manager for American Business Centers (Moscow, Russia) and Westvaco Corporation. Mr. Harlan was instrumental in launching the first American managed Hotel and Business Center in Moscow Russia, which at the time was revolutionary in offering US dial tones out of Moscow, Russia.
He served as the Chief Operations Officer for Children's Wonderland, Inc. Mr. Harlan was a Captain in the US Marine Corps. and holds an international MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and has a B.S from Brigham Young University.
