Tessara programs are structured around fiber optic, Tier 1 carrier networks (primary and multiple backup networks) insuring dependability and clarity. Most Tessara products support Automatic Recharge™ or On-Demand Recharge™ as well as PIN-less calling.

Tessara Automatic Recharge™ minimizes the complexity of using prepaid long distance calling products. If enabled on a product or ordered by the end customer, any time the PIN's balance falls below a predetermined threshold, the customer's credit card is automatically debited and the PIN's balance replenished.

Tessara On-Demand Recharge™ allows the end customer to directly manage the balance on a Tessara Communications' PIN. Funds may be added to the PIN at any time, no matter what the current remaining balance.

PIN-less calling enables the end customer to make long distance calls without having to enter a PIN. The customer specifies a telephone number, either a wire line number or a cellular number, and our system will use the CallerID to provide authorization to allow them to make the call.

Retail and Private Label Calling Card products are comprised of plastic calling cards in $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 denominations. These cards can be designed for resale in a retail environment as well as through other distribution channels. Calling cards are typically bought by the distributor/retailer at a negotiated discount and resold at face value. Private label branding is available for a nominal additional fee.

Virtual Calling Cards are calling cards without the card. Virtual Calling Cards are distributed as a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Tessara provides order processing over the Internet for both Branded and Unbranded Affiliates. Tessara Unbranded Affiliates are provided unique affiliate identifiers and banner graphics to direct their customers to a Tessara branded web site for the ordering and purchase of Virtual Calling Cards. Branded Affiliates are also provided a unique affiliate identifier and banner graphics but the ordering and purchase web site is customized with the affiliate's logo, color scheme and graphics. In either case, end customers receive their PIN (activated in real time) via email. Wholesale Affiliates may also purchase Virtual Calling Cards for ordering, purchase and distribution through their own mechanisms. Automatic Recharge™ and On-Demand Recharge™ are also available for Virtual Calling Card products.

Domestic and International Calling Programs are available to fit the needs of a customer's specific market. Programs are available for origination and termination only within the Continental US (with termination in Alaska and Hawaii also) as well as Continental US origination and international termination. Tessara currently provides calling from the US to over 218 different countries around the world at very competitive rates. Tessara works with our clients to design a program that best suits their needs and the needs of their customers.

Promotional/Fund Raising Calling Cards are available for clients who wish to develop a prepaid calling card for marketing or advertising opportunities or to use for raising money for church groups, social organizations, athletic associations, alumni groups, fraternal organizations and others. These are specialized programs and are designed around our client's specifications and goals.

Flat Rate Services have proven very successful with the reseller market that uses inbound and outbound telemarketing, but is also very effective in other market applications. The client chooses a price point for the service and sells to their customers on a prepaid basis; once the customer is confirmed funded they send them a pin and access number for domestic long distance service. Tessara is paid for each funded customer per month. The client is only responsible for actual minutes used by their customers at an agreed upon rate that includes all current Federal taxes and tariffs, including Universal Service Fund. The client receives a full break down of all calls placed and duration with each invoice.

Tessara International Origination services enables the end customer to place a long distance calls from selected international locations to destinations anywhere in the world. We work closely with our clients to develop an International Origination product based on specific origination country(s) desired.
