Tessara Communications provides two mechanisims to allow you to recharge your prepaid calling card or PIN; 1) Automatic Recharge™ and, 2) On-Demand Recharge™.

Automatic Recharge™ minimizes the complexity of using your Tessara Communications PIN. Any time your PIN's balance falls to $10 or less, we will charge your credit card and increase your PIN's balance automatically by the amount you choose.

Our On-Demand Recharge™ allows you to directly control the balance on your Tessara Communications PIN. You may add funds to your PIN at any time, no matter what the current remaining balance.

In either case, we must be able to process payment on your credit card before your PIN's balance reaches $0 or you will be required to purchase a new PIN. If you choose Automatic Recharge, please notify us of any changes to your credit card account prior to your PIN reaching a balance of $0. We cannot recharge PINs that have been deactivated due to reaching a $0 balance.
To order a recharge, select the type of recharge you wish, the dollar amount to recharge the PIN and press the "RECHARGE" button. If you have been provided an Affiliate ID, you may enter it also, but it is not required to process your recharge order.
